Preparing for your consultation
Consultations are scheduled one-on-one meetings that last 30 minutes and carry a $30 fee. We recommend booking ahead to secure exclusive time; walk-ins may be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed. Our Hartsdale location on the Central Avenue corridor is convenient for commuters arriving by Metro-North or driving from nearby neighborhoods.
Before your appointment gather reference photos, a brief history of recent services and a list of products you use. If you balance work, school or family routines, let us know so we can suggest realistic timing. Seasonal concerns—winter dryness or summer humidity—also help shape recommendations, so mention those during booking.
What happens during the consult
In the 30-minute session we will discuss your hair goals, current condition and maintenance routine, then outline realistic options. This meeting focuses on planning: identifying suitable services, clarifying trade-offs like time and upkeep, and advising whether a follow-up appointment or specific service is needed. The conversation guides your decisions without committing to a service that day.
If you prefer remote planning, we offer a luxury mobile Zoom consultation that covers the same topics: goals, hair condition, and personalized service recommendations. Virtual consults let you meet one-on-one from home, review images, and leave with a clear plan — the actual service application, when required, is booked separately.
Decisions and next steps
At the end of the consultation you’ll receive a recommended plan and suggested timeframe for follow-up services. We will help you book the appropriate appointment if you choose, and explain any additional costs tied to the selected services. The consult itself is $30 for 30 minutes; further service pricing is provided when you schedule the next visit.
We schedule consultations to fit busy suburban lives in Hartsdale and nearby areas such as Scarsdale, White Plains and Ardsley. Many clients pair their visit with shopping or errands near Hartsdale Four Corners, or time appointments around commuting schedules using Central Avenue, Tarrytown Road and local Metro-North access.
